Don't search for the un nice creatures of intelligence that is not Human..
The military and money worried etc have in the past.
It is not safe and the Good God above all who can afford to be nice not just because He can afford to be nasty but because He made us and no other can afford as much niceness unless they also could afford what the Good God of Jesus can.
